- Staff Nurse: Candidate ne Matric pass kiya ho aur A Grade Nurse ke roop me Haryana Nurses Registration Council ya kisi equivalent council me registered ho. Iske alawa Matric, 10+2, BA, ya MA level par Hindi/Sanskrit ek subject ke roop me padha hona compulsory hai.
- Ayurvedic Pharmacist: Recognized university/institution se Up-Vaidya ya Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy paas hona chahiye. Candidate ke paas 10+2 level par Physics, Chemistry, aur Biology subjects hone zaroori hain. Matric ya usse uchh shiksha me Hindi/Sanskrit padha hona aavashyak hai.
- Clerk: Recognized university se Graduate degree honi chahiye (Ex-Servicemen ke liye 1st Class Army Certificate ya Defence Services Certificate maanya hoga). Language aur GK standard ka written test qualify karna hoga. Computer par 30 words per minute (NWPM) ki typing speed honi chahiye. Candidate ko probation period ke 2 saal ke andar State Eligibility Test in Computer Appreciation and Applications (SETC) paas karna mandatory hai.

- Written Exam (Phase 1): 90 Marks (MCQ Based Test, Duration: 105 Minutes). Exam me koi negative marking nahi hai.
Subject Wise Pattern: Concerned Field/Subject (50 Qs), Reasoning & Math (10 Qs), Haryana GK & Current Affairs (10 Qs), General English & Hindi (10 Qs), Basic Computer (10 Qs). Total 90 Questions. - Academic Achievements (Phase 2): 10 Marks. Document verification ke waqt qualifications ke marks award honge. Shortlisting ratio 1:5 rakha jayega.
